This is a really cool home in the midst of a rapidly changing funky neighborhood. Its hard to put it into words but its a very long and well laid out floor plan. The owners have invested multiple thousands of dollars into the home over the years to make this a really nice environment. (see docs tab for receipts). My favorite thing is the large attic space that you can stand and walk in. Ample storage is not a problem with this home! I also really like the ELFA storage systems from The Container Store in all of the closets. They are a really nice feature. I also love the welded & raised steel planters for vegetables, herbs and flowers. The entire roof was replaced in 2011. A new air conditioner, hot water heater and & garage door were also installed in 2017. Sweet savings for a new owner!
