The dens do have doorways and can be used as rooms. Both tenants wish to renew leases and stay when they come up. Owner had these built and keeps all systems maintained and in great condition. The tenants treat the places well. There are covered patios out back. I have the leases and any information needed. Tenants maintain the salt and lawn care. Easy to work with for showings.
