SHORT SALE. Home has been empty quite awhile and has a tire sized hole in the roof. Home also has MAJOR mold damage and would not advise spending much time inside without protection. Many windows have been broken and kitchen has been destroyed. Central A/C and heat have been stolen both inside and outside units.
