Don't let the square footage fool you, this house is much bigger than it states. This 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home has a large living room, an open kitchen with all of it's appliances, and the patio has been enclosed to create a family room complete with a brick fireplace. This home also has a full workshop in the back yard as well. The property also sits on an over-sized lot complete with mature landscaping and great shade trees. With a little bit of paint and elbow grease this could be a great home once again. So don't miss your opportunity to own a larger than advertised 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home at such a low price.
