Useppa Island is a private island with approximately 100 homes. This lot sits on the highest point on the island and you would not have to build on stilts. This lot is not in a flood zone. The island is boat access only. Useppa is a magical island with an old Florida feel. Golf carts are the preferred mode of travel. The island has trash removal, gets mail, instacart and Amazon delivers as well. There is a ferry that provides access to the island from Bokeelia if you do not have a boat. Reservations must be made to visit the island if you are not an owner.
