Beautiful riverfront property. Owners have not been there for 15 years so it is grown over. There is a pond on front of property that seller says has always been there. The owner has put stakes on the property line on either side close to street. Also half way down on right side (looking at river) there is a stake to show where the pond ends. The owner did have a mobile home on it by the river but had it hauled off many years ago. Price was established because of overgrown condition.
