I've been told there's quite a few homes in the subdivision I'm from, but none quite like me! I'm walking distance away from so many amazing restaurants and shopping like Target, Jewel, and Walgreens. I'm also walking distance from the Wood Dale Train Station and 3 separate Forest Preserves. I've been told I'm Super Close to the elementary, middle, and high schools right here in Wood Dale and that I'm just minutes away from the major highways 355 and 290 and it takes you no time to get into cities like Itasca, Medinah, and Addison! I was built as a 4 bedroom 2 Bath home with a finished basement, and my current owner gave me so many gifts over the last few years! They painted my entire exterior and garage in 19', remodeled my entire kitchen the end of 19', gave me a new A/C 4 years ago, painted my entire interior, and gave me new carpet in the basement, hallway, and bedroom in 19' too.
