3607 Brookston Dr., Holiday, FL 34691

This one is a must see. This cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sits on a quiet street with too many upgrades to mention. The fully updated kitchen has wood cabinets and granite countertops, kitchen looks into the huge sunken family room that overlooks the fenced yard. There is gorgeous new flooring throughout the whole house. Off the family room there is a den, that could be used as a third bedroom as well. Covered and screened patio in backyard. Must see it to believe it.
