One of the best views in WinterPark....also one of the few streets where you won't get road noise....and it is a deadend...so there is not a lot of traffic noise at all....and direct view of the Golf Course behind it. Condo is in good condition....but shows some signs of wear and tear...owner has not been in the unit very much since it was purchased 8 years ago. Great condo for someone who wants the "views" that don't change and the best "location" and interested in doing the updating that a condo with the view and location...justify!
