It ain't Halloween yet, but be prepared to be frightened! This home has something for everyone... mold, collapsed ceilings, clutter, overgrowth, a newer pool that is closer to a biohazard, a separate garage that looks like a palace compared to the main house, and a rather still canal that actually can take you somewhere. I'm certain that this isn't a write-up that inspires, but the adventurous may see some potential in this discarded husk of a property. 

Yeah, there is some good with the bad. Nice quiet street on the outskirts of town (always loved that word... "outskirts", sounds like a someone is filming a Western!!) but only about ten minutes from the center of DeLand. Over a half acre of fenced land, and the pool though it currently would look right at home in a Stephen King novel is actually in working order and only about 10 or so years old. The garage is block, and save for a sketchy section of roof, looks sound. As you may well imagine, cash offers only. Though there is a lockbox on the property, tread lightly in this residential "jenga" structure.
