Best REO in the neighborhood, fresh paint and carpet on top of the previous remodel. Your buyers will love this little gem, newer kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. Tile in all the traffic areas and new carpet in all the bedrooms. The can lighting gives this home a luxurious feeling and really makes a big difference. Bathrooms have been tastefully updated and are all tiled. New water heater just installed and a water softener is in place. Great property at a great price.
