Great house in Ingalls Park. In 2012 the following work was done: New siding, windows (triple pane), doors, roof on the house only (replaced plywood); new soffit and gutters with leaf guard. Same year, also replaced the sewage lines under house and added a clean out at entrance of crawl space. In 2014, added central air, and replaced furnace and replaced water heater. Appliances replaced in 2008: Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer. Lovely home with wood burning fireplace in the family room and 2.5 car detached garage.
