407 S Cherry St., Morrison, IL 61270

This is a well maintained older family home with many updates but still offers the older home feel. It is a 4 bedroom with an additional bed/bonus room. Laundry is on the main floor as well as a bedroom if desired. The current owner used that room as the "music room". A beautiful fireplace adorns the living room-perfect for snuggling up on a cold winter's night. The southern facing porch with hardwood floors is perfect to enjoy a beautiful spring or summer evening or morning cup of coffee. The backyard is fenced in for the kids or pets. It has been a duplex and could be converted back into one if desired. This versatile property offers plenty of personality and space.
