Great room floor plan with lots of tile throughout all the main living areas, including a mosaic at front door. Vaulted ceilings and lots of light in this great home. Den is just off the master bedroom and could also work well as a nursery, with its easy access. Walk in closet in master. Interior laundry room. Home appears to be in good shape, does need a stove and refrigerator, plus a little paint and some carpet cleaning. Covered north facing patio. Good sized back yard has dog run on one side of yard. Close to school, shopping and freeways.
