This home needs a lot of work. There is a large hole in the ceiling from a water leak from the laundry above it and the entire ceiling needs replaced on the main floor. There was no flooring in the upper level or the stairs since carpet was removed and not replaced. The flooring on the main level all needs replaced, as it is damaged from moisture. The cabinets need repair/replaced from damage. The sink needed repair and the garbage disposal was not present. The hinge on the garage door was damaged. This home should not be used as comps in an appraisal or comps, due to the level of repairs needed.
