427 Jay Ct., Poinciana, FL 34759

Short sale. This is an absolutely beautiful home, from the interior arches to the great open living area. The large modern kitchen has sky lights for an abundance of natural light. The master bath has tiled counter tops, and granite counter tops in the guest bath. This home is great for entertaining, freshly painted with warm and welcoming colors on the interior. The exterior was just painted as well. Although the home was built in1991 it looks and feels like a much newer home. If space is what you are seeking then give this home a look, you will not regret it. This home has a screened enclosed patio over looking a huge back yard. There is an above ground pool on the property which the seller will leave if so desired by the buyer. Another great feature this home has, is approximately $8,000 worth of top of the line hurricane shutters. They are louver shutters that fold away when not in use. But when in time of need, just slidethem shut, and still see what is happening, through many hurricane rated Lexan shutters.
