4435 Bryan Ave., Kissimmee, FL 34746

Cute little home that has been totally remodeled, with just a few finishing touches in process. Fresh neutral paint with white and natural wood trim. Floors are all laminate, with tile in the bath and laundry room. The living room is open to the dining area. Kitchen has black stove and refrigerator, new counters and new stainless sink and fixtures. There is a large back porch, just needs to be screened, to enjoy all the seasons in shaded comfort. Big back yard with plenty of room for swingsets or pets. Public Record says year-built is 1936, but that home was demolished. Present home was built in 1975.
