455 S Spencer St., Mesa, AZ 85204

This home has great potential. It needs some cosmetic improvements and it can be as nice as the other homes in this established Mesa neighborhood. It has a great central Mesa location and a large 1/4 acre lot. There is a 12 x 24 ''add-on'' room that ws there when the current owners bought the house. It doesn't show on the tax records and probably was not done with permits. The roof was completely redone in 2011 and the A/C was replaced with a heat pump in 2006. It is turning on, but not blowing cold air at the moment. The kitchen drain line and the house to sewer drain line were both replaced in 2010.
