12 offers in 1 accepted. Waiting on signatures to move to pending. This one is for the rehabbers. This property needs a lot of work, but will be a great house with a pool when it is finished. It is missing the air conditioner and some pool equipment. A little drywall work and some paint will do wonders for this place. Go take a look and make offer. This is priced to sell.
