Cute tri-level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft/den/office. Master bedroom and bath are on the upper level and the other 2 bedrooms, bath and large utility room are on the lower level. The main level has a great room with a fireplace and a eat-in kitchen all with sautillo tile. The bedrooms all have carpet. Needs some TLC. Pool is covered. Side covered patio off of the kitchen. Great location and a great family home.
