4879 E Marsh Lake Dr., Hernando, FL 34442

This nice 3 bedroom 2 bath double wide mobile home just needs some projects completed to make it an all around beauty. It's located on 1.78 acres of nice flat land and the home is surrounded by tress for privacy, and is near the Hernando chain of lakes. The home is a split plan, and there is a large living room for entertaining. There are many interesting design features, such as a beamed cathedral ceiling in the living room, a decorative divider between the living room and dining room, and faux brick on some of the walls. Outside, there is a 10x16 shed and a small fenced area for your pets. Fixing up the master bathroom, along with some other items, and this home could be perfect.
