Premium Beach Park lot. Existing home is irreparably damaged. Built in 1925, the home was constructed with wood floor joists as the foundation ilo concrete slab which have decayed/rotted beyond repair and not financially feasible to replace. There have been a multitude of issues ranging from B lack mold in Jan 2015, termite infestation May 2015, Home was flooded due to broken water pipe April 2016, in addition to many other issues.
