Here is an opportunity to own a large vacant lot in a prime location! This property has a floodplain on approximately half of the land and a couple sanitary sewer easements. The most likely location for multi home development is on the west side of the property. Charlotte water said a plan review would be necessary in order to determine if a road or shared drive could be built over/along their easement. Easement documents are available by request. Public water ends at the stub street and sewer continues onto the property through the easement. There is an abandoned sanitary silo located on the property. Approximate lot size taken from tax records since there is no survey available. Sale subject to a 10 day upset bid period.
