GORGEOUS REMODEL! This feels like a brand new house! Boasting a vaulted ceiling and open floorpan, this cute home has been refreshed with new paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, light fixtures, backsplash, shower surrounds, plumbing fixtures, and sliding glass door. All that's left is for your client to move in. Neighborhood is fantastic and close to shopping, schools, parks, and restaurants and has its own private community pool. Front landscaping is maintained by the HOA.
