Fixer Upper ready for new owners, perfect 1st home owner, investment rental, or even flip. Floors are decorated cement which give little prep work if you want different floor type. Kitchen is large, as are the dining and living room windows. There is also a Florida room on the back of the home. The yard on this home is wonderful, fully fenced, plenty of room for a pool. Large trees provide the perfect shade in both the front and the back of the house. The owner is motivated and wants to move to the mountains for snow and skiing. Bring your offers and lets get this done. If you have a vision, I have your next property.
