Just dropped $25k! WOW!!! Large lot makes this a nice family home. Sitting in desireable PV section of Scottsdale. 3 bedroom 2 bath home sitting on large cul-de-sac lot. Needs painting flooring and general landscaping. But if you desire to be in the 85254 zip code, this is a REAL BARGAIN!!! Thank you for showing and have a SUPER day.
