5225 W Rolling View Pl., Homosassa Springs, FL 34461

This home is in a very nice community of other well taken care of mobiles. With some TLC, this can be a nice home, but needs new appliances, carpet etc. There is a very large room off carport that can be used as additional bedroom or workroom. The lot is great and has lots of room for additions or pool. Two storage sheds are on property behind carport and in decent shape. For the price, it can make a wonderful second home, rental property or permanent home. New units are being installed in the community and the location is private, quiet and close to both Crystal River and Homosassa. This is a good buy in today's market.
