The Duchy is a gated airpark community that features a 3,500' paved runway that has recently been repaired and repaved. Lot 32 is a runway lot in a gated airpark community in Alamance County NC. Lot 32 conveys together with an off-site septic lot, Lot 32A. Lots at the Duchy need a septic and a well, but it is one of the few airparks subdivisions that have natural gas.
