Wonderful location in a very established Chandler neighborhood. Separate living and family rooms with vaulted ceilings with an extended covered patio and large yard. Incredible location across from a park and school. There are no SPDS or CLUE report. Separate Corporate addenda and ''as is'' acknowledgment are part of acceptance. TPT
