House will NOT go FHA. Do not submit FHA offers. This home nestles to the CAP canal. No rear neighbors! It is mostly tile floors, but the bedrooms need new carpeting. Dining room features built in corner hutch. Huge brick fireplace in the family room. Hole in back yard has been parked. I don't know what to call it, but next door neighbor says it is a fish pond. I think it is a wading pool. No Diving allowed! House needs LITTLE tlc and you will have a great home!
