A fire pit, smoker, sturdy picnic tables, a great outdoor shower for clean-up after all those outdoor activities! a small spring fed creek and grandfather oak trees grace the property. Even a canoe and small boat are included!! Trailer does not convey. Front and back covered entrance decks with room to pull up a chair and enjoy the outdoor experience. Less than 5 minute walk to the boat ramp and the mighty Peace River!
