5518 E Lindstrom Ln. #B6, Mesa, AZ 85215

Beautiful condo at The Village at Apache Wells. Monthly HOA includes everything but electricity and telephone!!! Wonderful and active 55+ community with two pools, BBQ area, library, clubhouse, etc. All of the walls have been tastefully painted. Newer stove and newer dishwasher and a newer water heater. Buy it for an investment or for a winter getaway. All appliances are included and the furniture and furnishings are included in the price. Don't miss out on this incredible buy. This place is as cute as a button! It's tough to buy something under $200K in an outstanding 55+ subdivision.
