Another bankowned handyman special with lots of potential. Attractive carport conversion for additional living space, appears to have been done to code, makes a nice family room with cozy fireplace. Interior recently painted. Kitchen and baths need updating, missing some electrical fixtures, needs flooring. Take a look and make an offer! At this price it is a real winner.
