Lovely fixup. fresh paint. tile in main areas, good carpet in rooms. cabinets are a bit warn and fading. There is a missing mirror and all interior doors need new hardware. Other than cleaning up the yard this is a great starter home. quiet area, close to 202 and backs to the greenbelt.
