Home was built in 2008. This home will take your breath away. It sits on 5.5 acres with 2 acres fenced in an a 40 x 30 barn with 1 horse stall. It has a 2 acre pond that sits out back to the left. The pond is a shared pond. We own 2 corners of the pond and that is enough to fish! The living room has 22' ceilings and a stone fire place that is very nice in the winter. There are two bedrooms, half bath, living room upstairs that is great for teenagers. My husband and I have lived in the house for a 1 1/2 year. The reason we are selling is the house is to big for us. So we are looking to downsize to a smaller home and more land. If you have kids they can go to Adams School K-8 or Washington elementary School or Marion Schools. Also we are only minutes from Lake of Egypt Lake. We just install N/A
