Excellent price for 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Tempe/Mesa border that is close to everything. 16in tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Nice courtyard/patio area in front of home. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen and family room makes home appear much larger than actual square footage. Proximity to ASU makes this perfect for a room mate situation or rental. Check comps and you will see this is an excellent value.
