One of the few condos in this buildings with a balcony! The unit needs some TLC, but well worth it. It features plenty of closets and storage space. The building has a 24 hour door man, exercise room, dry cleaner, and on-site manager. Parking is not included with the unit, but is availavle at different rates through the HOA whether you want covered or uncovered. Must see!
