Fall in love with this home in seconds! The moment you walk in you will be amazed with the natural light and vaulted ceilings. The living room has newer vinyl flooring and the rest of the home has ceramic tile throughout. Enjoy cooking with plenty of space as this kitchen was extended! Split floor plan. Roof replaced (2016). AC was recently upgraded. Pool refinished (2018). Nice back patio area for grilling and chilling! Enjoy splashing crystal blue water in this in ground pool. Pool has a screen enclosure. The backyard is huge with a fire-pit for yummy s'mores. Directly behind is vacant land. Very private and quiet area. The association of Poinciana Villages has two pool facilities, two community buildings, a gymnasium, baseball fields, playgrounds, and much more!
