Great home in wonderful community, close to elementary school, parks, and San Tan Mtns. Seller is already reviewing bids to replace the dishwasher, range, & microwave to make VA/FHA ready, as well as to touch up paint, replace the missing light fixtures, and repair the broken windows - so make an offer while the price is still bargain-basement low!!!
