BRING YOUR CREATIVITY! This home has SO much potential! Some great things have already been done to this home, like Fresh Paint, New Knock Down Ceiling Texture, New Flooring in the bedrooms, and Wall Texture too! The Kitchen Cabinets have been removed, so very easy to install your own just how you want it! Pool is green, last time it was used, it worked fine.. Tenants were there and did not take care of the pool, so with a little elbow grease you will be enjoying the pool before summer is out! This lovely home has a great Lot, and is close to the aquatic center! House has good bones and even a front deck area out front and a nice sized screened lanai out back.. Cute Factor Potential!
