The owner is working with the county and professional companies to test the soil and prove that the lot is buildable. The lot had a septic system approved by the County in 200- that expired due to not using/building it within the expiration time, which is 2 years from the approval date. Based on this information we are assuming that a new permit will be approved again for the septic system and for a permit to build a house on this lot.
