This is a super deal with a little repair and fantastic water! This is a modular with a great floorplan and huge unfinished basement so could be 4000 hla under roof. A few years ago owners took out most flooring to replace and never finished...an easy fix. Former pier is unusable so a new one will need to be constructed. Huge yard and waterview. Call LA for more info.
