Looking for a place to spend some time and money? This home was trashed by the previous resident. A good clean out, paint, and new carpet would help a lot. Kitchen has beautiful cabinets. Dishwasher does not work. Agent did not open refrigerator. Basement has standing water. Would recommend wearing mask when you go in home. Home will not be cleaned out before closing. Selling AS IS. Dishwasher broken, will not be repaired. Selling Home AS IS.
