WOW...INSTANT EQUITY! This home is in great condition and has rich cherry laminate flooring and vaulted ceilings... HOWEVER... it has been lovingly stripped and is missing cabinetry, sinks, appliances, lighting, A/C unit etc... Located on an interior lot with no 2-story homes behind and across the street from the large grassy common area. Lender owned, sold as-is, where-is, no SPDS, no clue. This property will probably need cash or hard money financing. CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED WITHOUT PROOF OF FUNDS.
