WOW! Great cul-de-sac yard with separate fenced play area or toy parking. Huge covered patio looks out over pool area. Separate living rm., family rm. w/fire pl. and kitchen are together. Master split from the 3 other bedrooms (possible 4 or office?) This home does need some work. Lots of tile in this home. This location alone definitely makes this home worth looking at.
