YOU'LL NEVER FIND ANOTHER VILLA HOME THIS NICE OR ANYTHING LIKE THIS. BOND PAID. NEW ROOF (HIP STYLE) IN 2021. The is villa home has more than you can imagine without seeing the home in person. The location of this home is close to everything on the 466 shopping, dining and so much more....literally a few minutes by a golf cart. The villa home has the very popular vaulted ceilings and the even more popular luxury vinyl planking throughout the home...no carpet here. The kitchen is one of the nicest I've ever seen in a villa home. The colony floor plan is the most popular villa home plan in this series with the large eat in kitchen and long open breakfast bar. Everything has been replaced with new designer flooring, tile in the baths, glass shower doors, rub oil bronze fixtures, gorgeous white marble quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new decor lighting, all new decor ceiling fans, barn doors and wood and glass doors to the inside laundry. The front lanai is now another climate controlled room with floor to ceiling glass windows, beautiful luxury waterproof vinyl planking flooring and hvac ducts. There is literally nothing left to do...(no honey do list here) Plantation shutters, it even has decorative fencing to keep a small to medium pet in the yard!! You just need to see it in person, via facetime or anyway you can...
