House is in an Estate since last year. Extremely distressed. Roof punctured by falling tree in storm last fall. 6 racoons fell through roof leak and subsequent inner soft ceiling. Racoons entered through gnawed hole in eve outside of back garage door and were in house for 10 days. House has decades of belongings piled 4.5 feet tall across entire living room and many various large piles of belongings and trash throughout house. Plumbing leaks in both upstairs baths. Racoons used bathtubs as litter boxes. Racoon scat and urine throughout house.
