60 is the new 30...I was born the same year the Beatles recorded their first album, 1963. Some buy themselves a sports car or convertible when they reach their 60's, but I'm a house so I got a facelift instead. Check out my newer kitchen, 2 of my bathrooms, paint, flooring and backyard deck. My eyes aren't so good any more so I have a lot of new LED recessed lighting. The light is amazing. It's like a new world out there...I can see again! I'm not an egomaniac, but here is what I love about myself...I have 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a huge backyard, loads of natural light and a two car attached garage with a circular driveway. If you live here , you'll love walking to Ravinia Music Festival and your friends can park here as well. I fall within the Ravinia Elementary School, the new Edgewood Middle School and Highland Park High School boundaries. You will live in a great neighborhood with very little traffic and will love being outside. I can't wait to meet you.
