The owners have met with zoning officials with the City of St. Petersburg. The zoning official stated that they can process the lot split application administratively. The resulting lot widths once the split is completed will be 47.5 ft wide which is within the 5% non conformity threshold. The owners have obtained approvals from all adjoining neighbors and the only items required to complete the lot split application are the foot prints and elevations of the two new homes.
