Yep, it's another short sale. But the good news is there's only one lender. We're crossing our fingers for a quick & smooth process (you know, as quick & smooth as short sales go, they're kind of like the golf cart of motor vehicles: bumpy, not that fast & easily tipped). Regardless, this is a cutie patootie house you'll absolutely want to see at least twice. It's an oldie but a goodie in an established neighborhood with nice big lots.
